I don't really understand the move to these new forums but I'm sure theres a good reason.

I can't say I like the design, I looks like its supposed to be viewed in 600*400 or smaller.


I can't say I like the sound, I always browse to music. Do you have any idea how annoying it is to be listening to Mozart and get suddenly drowned out by loud explosions that conflict with the sound card and not only do you get lovely blasts in your eardrums you get screeches too as the sound players battle for sound channel supremecy? I don't visit pages with sound automatically on, escpecially when the 'sound on/off' button is hard to find at 1024 resolution.

I hope these new forums allow avatars.

Despite the critisims I think the new site is good, and I understand that it isn't designed for the subscriber, but rather to grab the potential subscriber.

Probably because they use vB board now. Its not like they're perposely stealing a websites design, its because they both use the same forum app.
