  4. By the way, I payed money in advance few days ago, unable to login in (even the account showing active), submitted the ticket to "support" and no responce whatsoever.
  5. Your probably now would be able to see submitted tickets anyway. In my case after sumitted and viewed the ticket for a while, "playnet" system http://support.playnet.com/login.psp responding with SESSION_ERROR. -- haka
