  1. You guys are whining about armor imbalances when its inf that cap towns and the Axis have all the advantages in this campaign. French and British bolt action rifles against swarms of MP40's and MG44's is NOT balanced. I get that CRS is trying to recreate the conditions of 1940 but its supposed to be fun and right now, for the Allies, it is not.
  2. Ohm, my settings do not show exactly as your example but the boxes were unchecked.
  3. Just updated the firmware on my router and did a speedtest again: DL= 6.09 Mbps UL= 1.13 Mbps Still not very good but better than before.
  4. Thanks guys for the responses. My worst fears might be realized: I have a crappy ISP. It's a DSL radio, no phone lines. And no other choices in my area. My router is rather new, less than a year. Cisco Linksys E-2100. My ping averages 70-80, sometimes jumps to 200+ Just did a speedtest: Download is 5.92 Mbps and Upload is .31 Mbps, not good
  5. There was alot of extra information in the dxdiag.txt file that I couldnot post because it amounted to too many characters (exceeded 10,000 limit) I have added them here: Rank Of Driver: 00E62001 6. I am having alot of trouble with the game crashing. All sorts of different errors: Lost Host, Timing out waiting for connection, Internal errors, the list goes on. It has gotten so bad the last couple of weeks I have contemplated ending my subscription. I have un-installed and re-installed, checked my router port allowances, updated drivers, etc. Here are my spec's from the dxdiag.txt ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 7/29/2012, 08:19:18 Machine name: HOME Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.120503-2030) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. 7. Thank you Oldzeke, that was it. No idea why that slider to move to zero, but I won't forget that fix.
  8. Since last nights server issues, I no longer have much game sound. it's very soft and almost unhearable. I have tried everything I can think of; game volume slide bar all the way up, adjusting sound card levels to full, repairing WW2OL in control panel, changing game setting s between high quality to high performance. Computer sound is fine; Teamspeak is loud, playing CD's are loud, tested everything. It's just game sound and its also offline game sound. Run out of ideas, HELP!
  9. His cards, as well as the game, have Error Logs. Game error log, I think, is in the System file. Check card software files for card error logs.
  10. Are you guys crashing to desk top or are you being kicked from the arena back to spawn screen because of packet loss? I have only experienced one CTD but the server keeps kicking me out with a Cell Host issue or because of packet loss. Sometimes I can jump back in but most times I have to restart the game.
  11. Not wanted to pull help suggestions away from cake, but I have an issue regarding the uninstall/reinstall of the game. Did the uninstall and manually deleted the files and folders left as well as the registry keys but there is still a Playnet app showing in Add/Remove Programs that wont delete. It's 342MB, last used 2/11/08 and when I try to remove it, its states.... "The following file does not exist or is not a valid uninstallation log file." C:\Playnet\PlayGATE\uninstal.log This file is not on my HD. I would like to remove this before I reinstall, any ideas?
