  1. You're good to go. We're sorry for the problem.
  2. You've got mail! (I rarely check forum pms).
  3. Current Issues With Billing We are investing two related issues at the moment: * Accounts being prematurely deactivated due to failed billing (the failure appears to be between our system and our bank), * A very few accounts (less than a dozen) being charged multiple times (at first glance these appear to be from re-entered billing info or change of subscription plans), and * A few accounts that were charged but not given game access. We apologize for these issues. They are our highest priority and everyone who can help is working on the issue. Thank you for your patience.
  4. The account creation system is having a problem. The accounts are not getting setup correctly, so our staff is tracking down the problem. We hope to have it fixed very soon.
  5. He should be able to log in.
  6. Both those accounts are active. I am behind on tickets because there are so many. The first thing I do is make sure PayPal payers have access as quickly as possible. That's why I update the PayPal threads and the main page of support frequently.
  7. It's not you, it's a lot. And it wasn't fixed within minutes, that was me updating players and then getting the update from coders that it was fixed. Our coders are and have been looking at this but haven't found it yet.
  8. FIXED ---- old ------ If you have paid your subscription as of SEPTEMBER 10, 1 PM US Central Time, you should have access to the game. I have to manually process PayPal payments at the moment until coders finish fixing the change PayPal has made to their notification system. (Individual support ticket responses are taking some time, but I'll catch up ASAP!).
  9. FIXED ---old---- If you have paid your subscription as of SEPTEMBER 10, 1 PM US Central Time, you should have access to the game. 10. Most likely, this is a failure on connection somewhere. I see the image is gone. Did retrying fix it?
  11. I have to process all PayPal payments manually at the moment, which is causing a delay in my response to support tickets. I figure it is more important to unlock the door first so that you can get in ASAP. Bluff: fixed (not by me) vmc1967: fixed you yesterday. Sorry I haven't emailed you directly yet. jvr1959: I see no issues with your account now or recently. Fox403: fixed (and should not happen again).
  12. Activation emails are fixed again!
  13. Sent you an email.
  14. To install WWII Online on your Macintosh, you must follow these steps to give the application permission: 1) Go to your system preferences panel 2) Go to Security and Privacy 3) Unlock ( click the padlock icon). 4) Login 5) Allow all apps or click to allow WWII Online to install if you have begun the install process.
  15. Several players are having problems reaching the game service right now. It looks like there is a fair amount of network congestion going right now, especially for people reaching us through Verizon and AT&T (or any ISP using their pipes to travel to us). We're looking for anything on our end that might contribute, but the ability to login to the forums and your account generally indicates our stuff is working fine. For new players who haven't logged in to the game before, please make sure that (1) "wwii.exe" and" playgate.exe" have access through your firewall, and (2) the following ports are open on your router: TCP: 27015 - 27021 UDP: 27015 - 27021 Sometimes, the UDP ports are not open by default and these are all required for the game to work. You can get an idea for internet traffic problems here: http://www.internetpulse.net/''>http://www.internetpulse.net/' rel="external nofollow"> http://www.internetpulse.net/ Check the Destination column for Cogent (where our game servers are) or Savvis if you're using our "secondary" network (Playgate setting). Yellow is Bad. Red is VERY Bad. For what it's worth, I can't even connect to the game right now.
