  1. Shouldn't tier progression towards the next tier - be the same every day? Consistent? I'm seeing that some days it may advance 8-9% whereas other days I can point to in tier 1 (for example) it was advancing 15-16%. Or do you guys (CRS) kind of use it as a lever to pull in order to kind of speed up/slow down the direction the map is going? Is there a rhyme or reason to it?

    I will say .... well over 50% of the time that i have tried, the most recent being last weekend when the server crashed .... you can't even create a mission in Area 51. I can't recall the most recent error, something to do with no brigade available. Point being, it is constantly in a flux state and i have no clue why it isn't just locked down completely so there is no possibility someone has troubles posting missions in Area 51.

  3. I guess for me - it doesn't matter so much that stats are still not working, i can understand that with a solely volunteer skeleton crew. It's that there seems to be an unwillingness or inability to answer the original question. At this point the only reason it has not been answered directly is because the answer is simply not known - or the answer is sure to make people angry.

    There was some work done very recently to get database replication established which was a key component to getting stats configured. 

    I need you guys to be patient and recognize we are aware of this and how important it is to you. We are not intentionally delaying anything but it's not a simple matter of "Hey dude, turn my stats on." Takes a little bit of effort to get things properly configured.


    Well yes, i thought it was very obvious that it was a joke. I'll work on that -  but in the mean time can we all lighten up. Really.

    @OHM It isn't even close to working - not sure how you can say that. I wouldn't hang my hat on it "catching up" - if I were you guys I would talk to your team (even better - the people who are tasked with fixing web services stuff) and get the straight dope. 

  6. I would like to see 1 minute high evel video tutorials in game ... built into ui not just referenced in the forums or website. Have 5 or 6 of them. But if you watch the first minute long video you walk away with understanding of how to find a mission, understand how to find one with MS, understand capture mechanics, and criteria for capping ab, and understand fb system. How they can be blown. Basics of AI towers/pits, destruction and repair. How to jump on truck. How to mark and get to map and keymapper. Inf focused.

  8. I dunno - my feeling is the overall numbers were ok as well. I'm sure we could all nitpick, but all-in-all I think it was pretty good.

    It's kinda humorous to take the approach that someone who has played the game for "only" 4 years hasn't invested the requisite time to formulate a valid opinion.

    Also - I'd be careful inferring how long someone has been playing this game based solely on what their forum profile says. Mine says I joined 2009, which may be true for this account/profile. In truth I've been playing quite a bit longer just under other names, etc. Just sayin'

    Yes that is another option as well.

    Maybe the simplest option is find a two similarly sized towns with no FB between them - and have either side place the AO there. Have each side place an extra armor flag and infantry flag. Get rid of the 2nd/3rd AO's. See what happens.

  10. When the tank event happened last week it seems the main complaint was the two sides went to different objectives and never met. Wondering the feasibility of setting up a couple large towns during intermission for a similar type event. Where the town has no ownership and essentially both sides AO it? Try to see who can control and can cap it first. Prob not a doable mechanic given fundamental rules of the game but would be kinda a fun twist.

  11. Yeah i think it is a pretty safe bet that  stats will not be up this campaign. CRS has largely went radio silent on the issue and that kinda tells me they are trying to run out the clock and get it fixed up over intermission. I would think that they are not lost .... and are recorded somewhere, just waiting to be merged. The only reason i say that is at one point they restored stats from a time period of Dec 23rd to Jan 1st.

    Maybe that is why stats have been offline for almost 1 month now ... with no estimated time of return given .... CRS is trying to hide their Allied bias by covering up the glaring tank kit disparity.
