  1. Try downloading newer video and audio drivers from Nvidia's web site. I'd link directly to the pages you want, but I don't know what version of Windows you are using.
  2. Known forum bug. This near the bottom of the list of priorities to be fixed.
  3. This is supposed to be fixed in v1.31 (open beta available on Feb. 22).
  4. Submit a support ticket with the details. The guys who have access to our account info check those tickets regularly.
  5. We need a bit more information, please. Please post your DxDiag specs so we can see exactly what hardware and drivers you are using. This will help us to find the cause for your problem. Please also tell us if you are using a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows. To generate your DxDiag specs, do the following: 1. Click on the Start or Windows button. 2. Click on Run or in the Start Search area. 3. Type dxdiag.exe and hit enter. 4. Click on the Save all information... button and save the file in a location you can easily find. 5. Copy the text from that file into a new post here. We only need to see the System Information, Display Devices and Sound Devices sections.
  6. You've disabled Tooltips. You can find this setting under User Interface.
  7. There are several servers, one specifically for chat. You can lose connection to one server while keeping the connection to the chat server.
