  1. Sorry to bust your bubble, but throw the stick away and buy something that works everytime all the time. Other than that, the best thing to do is play offline and set up the stick to what you are comfortable with.
  2. First off you need to make sure that your motherboard is compatible with your new CPU. If not your new CPU will not work. If they are compatible, then all you do is unplug the old CPU and plug and play the new one. Making sure that you put the heatsink and fan back on ofcourse. You should not need to reformat or reinstall windows.
  3. Unfortunatly, I don't think that there is anything that you could do to help with the FPS. I have a 5700 and I can hardly play. Just save some money and buy at least a 6600 or a compairable ATI.
  4. Looks good to me, but I would see about a different Mobo. But that is just me.
  5. I think that some where in you display properties is a check box that will fix you diplay from being upside down. Look in there for it. sorry I don't remember exactly where I fixed my problem with that. As for the dxdiag. Click run under the Start button, then type dxdiag and hit enter. Let that finish running (only takes 10 to 15 seconds) and at the bottom is save info. Click it and save the text file to your desktop. Then attach that text file in a post.
  6. LogiCrap NOT logitech The worst JS ever to be made. I will not buy any of logicraps products. The Saiteck X45 is good, but kinda expensive to be used just for one game.
  7. When they updated the trees they made them where you need a high end card to play with. Your 5800 is old and out dated. Sry to have to tell you that.
  8. In the following thread it tells you how to get rid of all of the old drivers that have been installed ontop of other drivers. After you uninstall all of your rivers for your video card then reinstall the newest one that you have. This will help with the top end FPS. This thread tells you how to do it and what program you need to uninstall and clean you video drivers. Like harcase said, make sure your motherboard drivers are the most current ones from the manufacture. Same as your sound card drivers. New and current drivers are very important with this game. Hope you enjoy the game.
  9. Well, it really depends on what kinda system you have. Right now I have an outdated system that gets 20 to 30 FPS. AMD 2500 running at 1.8 1 gig ram Nvidia 5700 with 256mb ram. Hope this helps. Welcome to the game. Hope you enjoy.
  10. First thing is to figure out why your system is running (not running). After that (assuming that you have all of your memory being recognized) you should have playable FPS. Yes your CPU is kinda on the slow side, but it is still playable for 20 to 30 FPS maybe more.
  11. Go here its his site that has directions on how to fix your problem. It sounds like something that I had, and what he has here helped me. I'm not going to tell you, cause it is kinda hard for me to explain.
  12. What are your system specs? Post your Dxdiag. Drivers up to date including your motherboard?
  13. Unfortunatly from what I have read lately, if you do not have a great video card now you can not get the frames that you use to have with that system. The new grass and possible the trees are killing off all of the older cards that use to be great cards 6 months to 1 year ago.
