  1. Nevermind, my search game is weak... apparently it's because I'm a blood sucking freebie leech
  2. What year did you start playing? When was the last time you played? What squad were you in? What side did you primarily play on? Day 1 2001 Maybe 5 years since I played last? 31st Wrecking Crew all day! German - don't insult me with such a question. Man I loved the hell out of this game... even sitting on a hill on my 88 for hours doing nothing.
  3. First time checking in in 4 years or so - I miss "subscribing to the game for the forums" Off Topic was where it was at! Glad to see WWII Online still going.
  4. Sounds good, although I've never overclocked anything... not even sure how. But I'm sure google is my friend
  5. OK, so what do you guys think of these then. Would this be a decent setup? Are there any compatibility issues? CPU/Mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.500546 GPU http://cgi.ebay.com/EVGA-01G-P3-1158-TR-GeForce-GTS-250-1GB-256-bit-DDR3-/150490131970?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item2309e92e02 Memory http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145260 For the lazy it is: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad Core with ASUS M4A785-M AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard EVGA GeForce GTS 250 1GB and CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
  6. Does brand name really mean anything when purchasing video cards? I mean, I'm sure quality may be a little better, but is it worth the big leap in prices?
  7. Nice! Thank you for the info
  8. Well, I'm looking to build an entirely new computer and I'm just starting out with the processor combo and was going to go from there. I'm open to suggestions for all parts. Memory, vid card, etc
  9. Is one better then the other for this game? I've always been AMD but have no committments. Price is definitely a factor. I'd like to be able to play the game with decent settings, is that possible with a motherboard/processor combo around $200.00?
  10. starting to price things out now, i'll post my list soon and see what ya'll think
  11. awesome suggestions so far, thanks!
  12. Thanks for the response so far... I'm learninnngggg
  13. probably just WWIIOL and watching movies.
  14. Sorry guys, budget would be helpful eh? yeah 500.00 mark would be neat. Butr 700-800 is possible if I just build it over a month or two. But I'm impatient. I already have the monitor from my old system
  15. I'm not being lazy... I just haven't built a computer since AGP was the rage and 250W power supplies were like nuclear power plants. I honestly am overwhelmed by dual core intels and quad core something or others. I want to build a system that will play WWIIOL decently enough that I'm not going to biatch but it also has to be relatively cheap. My only luxury request is a video card that supports audio through HMDI... with or without an adapter... so I can watch movies. So... lets get this started shall we? CPU/Motherboard? Video Card? Sound Card? RAM? Case? I've yet to decide on HDD but I'll pick somethin up. If possible include a price range? (that part is being lazy lol)
