Should be. I'd be a little concerned about a couple things.

- mobile processors are designed more for lower power consumption that performance but this one looks pretty good. I'd prefer a 3.0 GHz.

- video card is not a gaming card. The 9500m series really isn't a gaming card. Anything less than a 9600GT (or similar 8600GT) is going to hamper you at larger resolutions, largely because of fill rate. Stick with a lower resolution in the game if you're having troubles with frames and turn the settings down some on the shaders.

That said, i think it should run the game. Is this something you already own or something you are looking to buy?
