It is Saturday and the support staff have its weekend off.

Your ticket will be taken care of as soon as the staff is back in the house!

Have a good weekend!

I submitted it Friday morning.

but ok it can wait till Tuesday.

Your probably now would be able to see submitted tickets anyway.

In my case after sumitted and viewed the ticket for a while, "playnet" system http://support.playnet.com/login.psp

responding with SESSION_ERROR.

Which Saturday? This year? As you ban 2weeks trial accounts for 1 year, and this is after email you to clarify your problems.

By the way, it is Tuesday already in Texas.

You can email BLOO directly at.. BLOO@playnet.com i think.

HERE is how to contact him.

Ok, I've sent request through these too.

Maybe after another week of no response try:

Jim Mesteller

President and CEO

Playnet Inc.

1901 Central Drive, Suite 400

Bedford, Texas 76021

bizrelations@playnet.com

as some money and formal contract involved here.

You were advised to email him, not pm - he may not be sat on the forums, particularly as they are v. busy testing the new patch at the moment. SEND AN EMAIL!

Everytime I have emailed bloo I have received a very prompt reply.
