Just start off by posting your system specifications.

Open the system information or device manager and let us know what CPU, graphics card, RAM etc that you have. Oh, and also whether you're using a desktop PC or a laptop.

You have a built in graphics chip. The game does not support those. A few people have got theirs to work, but usually they do not.

Does your machine also have a dedicated gfx card? (Nvidia or Radeon)? If it does have then there are links in the Sticky Thread showing you how to enable them.

Nvidia

ATi Radeon

If it does not have a dedicated gfx card, then it means buying and installing one, which is complicated on a notebook - If you want to look at buying one, let us know and we'll point you at some advice.

This is weird since the game worked on my old laptop that also was a Acer, but older and not as good as the one i have now. On the old one the game started and i could play. surely enough with alot of lag.

The dxdiag you posted says you're running on the Intel Graphics ... So, try these (in order they are posted).

http://forums.battlegroundeurope.com/showpost.php?p=5806572&postcount=14

RESTART MACHINE MIGHT BE GOOD IDEA ... Then:

http://forums.battlegroundeurope.com/showpost.php?p=5806319&postcount=10

If you do have a 540M all should be good. Game will run OK, if you play with a few settings, using that card.

Let us know ...

Hahah' date=' the game started working when i launched it now! Omg, thank you so much for the help! :D[/quote']

Good news :)

(We need to write to all notebook manufacturers and ask them to cease production, it's just too much hard work ... ;))
