Support tab

Since the support tab does not work on the home page I guess i need to post this here. my last billing was 2-21. I unsubbed yesterday (3-17) before it charged again since i havent played in 2-3 months and have little time to. And I was immediately charged for another 17.99 for another month.. even before the billing cycle. I expect a credit before I reverse it with the CC company tomorrow in the am.
