The last thread is closed, and start a new again...

Xoom, the problem is not fixed! Still the same problem since a week. Can´t entry in the game. Please, fix it. We pay for play...

Yeah, it's not fixed for me as well.

Emailing AGM@playnet.com as suggested in other thread.

They probably fixed it for anyone re-activating/activating now and moving foward, but not us.

We will need people to e-mail us directly at AGM@playnet.com. That situation was handled for the individual hence why the thread was closed. We are in contact now with Poopachu and resolution should be coming shortly for him.

At the moment, please continue to encourage folks to e-mail us directly if they are having re-activation issues.
