I resubbed after a four month break this morning. My credit card was billed right away and on my account screen my account is showing active. When I try to logon to playnet I get the Your subscription is not currently active message. It's been eight hours now. I've submited a ticket and I have yet to get a response.

our network guru is deep into the system, it is broken but he refuses to be denied
