they keep spawning because there's only 1 FMS, or only 1 useful FMS (under truck audio range 1.3km)

been 9 months and CRS still hasn't noticed it... easy fixes that can be easily reverted if things don't improve.

Yes when there's one active AO at primetime with HC telling everyone to push that attack, and only one FMS within 1km of town people are going to spawn. Sometimes there's nothing else to do.

 

Like a lot of small software teams and studios people here are just a little too insecure and afraid to make changes because it implies that someone made a wrong decision. For instance the 1:30 FMS build timer; it should be 5 seconds (the old truck MS could activate immediately once the truck was stationary) but someone thought that a defenseless truck needs to sit still for a minute and thirty seconds. So it's going to stay that way for awhile not because of engine limitations or effort required to change it, but because no one wants to admit a bad decision.

Good point , the FMS should set actually very fast, Simulating the Troops getting off the truck once stopped. 

I do agree it's silly  having to wait for the FMS being build, but then it's a simple fortified structure which in real would take some time to build.

Maybe have 2 versions , the fortified one we have now , it needs that set timer and another where the Truck stays behind once the player spawns out. 

Also the Truck MS would be easier to be taken down by  1 HE or 2AP rounds or if the driver gets hit by a bullet from an INF unit. Giving the opposition a kill credit if the Truck MS gets killed.
