So I'm upgrading my home laptop and the wife likes the Inspiron 15 5000

I don't really care, I just need know if the game is going to run well on this set up

  • 7th Generation Intel® Core™ i3-7020U Processor (3MB Cache, 2.30 GHz)
  • 4GB, DDR4, 2400MHz
  • Intel HD Graphics

Is the graphics card something I need to look into and upgrade?

I would get one with an actual graphics card rather than using the on-board graphics. Pretty sure that is CRS's stance as well with their min requirenents for the game.

Yeah don't get one with on-board graphics only and I would recommend getting one with at least 8gb of RAM.

Sorry Silky but those specs are a bit low....

About the CPU, this game uses CPU a lot, I would choose a I5 series, but that one could work...

I would recommend you more RAM 8GB min or 16GB.

The card is not so important in this game cause the game, explained quickly, does not know to use modern ones but, even so, with a integrated one you will suffer very low FPS (we can traduce this with less kills an more KIA's) specially when you get closer to towns.

Therefore, I would HIGHLY encourage you to purchase a dedicated GFX card apart of the integrated one.

ASUS (Republic of Gamers line) has nice gaming laptops for 700€ more or less.....
