server monitoring software???

Do you guys at CRS not have any software monitoring the servers? Its a little unfair that euro players have no way of contacting you when the server goes haywire. Cant the server monitor when there are errors and then auto restart/reboot? We have to wait until you guys wake up across the pond before anything is actioned it seems. I would have thought that error message logs can easily be tracked and the game restarted automatically? or does it always need human intervention?

I believe they use Nagios.  Should be sending an alert when a system dies.

System crashes do require human intervention.

clarify that  -- In a highly available system when something fails something else should take over for it without loss of service.    The original failed system requires human intervention.
