I've signed up as a builder, have been told everything has been setup for my builder features. How do I access my 2nd account?

Send in a support ticket about your builders for second account.

Then contact @B2K on the forums PMs about when you got builders so he can sync everything to where you have all the features that you were supposed to receive when you bought the builders subscription.
