Awarded to NON-AHC Allied players who step up and assume field OIC of attack and defense objectives during AHC operations. The recipient of this award shows outstanding leadership and the potential to become a future Allied High Command Officer.

for his actions on 10 November 1939, as set forth in the following citation:

"A64M volunteered as an Aussie OIC to hold down the fort. Been here a few hrs today"

The actions of this service member were in keeping with the highest standards of the military, and reflect credit not only on himself, but on his country and the Allied Forces.
