You can change the sound level per account ingame.   

If you run 2 instances of game make sure you mute sound on the non active one or you wont be able to tell the ditection of sound  I can only tell you how to do this on windows 10  you need to left click on OPEN VOLUME MIXER tight  click on it and disable sound on one of the ww2 icins by clicking on speaker icon (click again to unmute) Hint the first one in list is the first account but as you alt tab you might lose track of it if you keep swaping instances that you need to hear with There is also a bug involved that when you alt tab alot it can crash the game /or you will lose control of unit or have trouble making marks seeing brigades to fix that yo uhave to alt tab to non game tab then back till you regain control or make marks  You can even be stuck spining avatar you will have to hit escape Ive only witnessed this while playing infantry (the ctds happen no matter the unit and you get no warning its just the price of getting to do this)
