Cant update to 1.29.0.15

I have installed the .13 full install, but could not log in, it opened the account page instead. I stumbled across the manual .14 and .15 patches somewhere else (why aren't they linked near the full install?). I installed the .14 patch, but still couldn't log in.

The 0.15 download will not install, it comes up with C:\progra~1\CRS\BATTLE~2\\playarc.w2v could not be opened. Install then exits.

I re downloaded, closed all programs, turned of firewalls, antivirus etc, but still will not install.

Running XP with firefox downloader. I dont think system specs are relevant as it is just installing that is giving problems.

I try to update from .14 to .15 ( via Playgate or manually ) i get this: C:\PROGRA~1\CRS\BATTLE~2\\playarc.w2s is not a valid previous version and could not be upgraded ...

Eta for next full version ?
