When to help test?

This is probably not the place to ask this but....

I have been trying to help test the beta but no matter what time of day or night I try and join no one else seems to be on. There are no missions, attacks etc and no one else seems to be on the server.

Is there some special time to test things and where do you find out when they are?

I guess I'll try again tonight. I sure could use some input here.

Testing can happen pretty much any time. Most testing can be done alone, thought it would be nice to make sure higher local populations don't cause any bugs.
