Naval flag soup

This has actually been around for a while, but I keep forgetting to note it. Naval flags fairly often have been showing up all muddled to other players (never had trouble viewing my own flag though). This pic is of a... British(?) FMB. I've had this a lot before, especially annoying when all you see over an island is a mast with a flag and you can't identify what country's ship it is.

Which is the most up to date driver set produced by ATI.

I know it's a weird card, and I'm not aware of a single other person who has gotten this card to work, but I know a few others have mentioned issues with flags too. If I run across them I'll direct them to this thread or reply in their behalf.

We've had this problem before. I'll need to ask Martini to look at the shader for 1.30 on ATi.
