recruiting 10 digit named players

Can't seem to recruit 10 digit named players in game ....

It always says player unavailable.

Any have a solution ?

BTW enableling recruiting flag doesn't help

I've been able to recruit my friends with the new names using the recruiter system. I flagged myself as a recruiter and they were able to join through the open squads list.

Otherwise, I haven't been able to invite them manually as well. I can't promote or demote them, either. Probably can't remove too (haven't tried)

So they're stuck at recruit until a remedy shows itself.
