I noticed in the Mac forum support page that the CTD issue thread was deleted...was there a resolution to the problem??

The thread wasn't deleted, it just isn't visible in the default forum view (see the link below for the thread being discussed). Change the Display Options at the bottom of the thread list to view older threads. - Mod
