Bugged CP assist cap issue

I didn't see it listed but some of you have noticed that at best getting assist points when someone is capping a cp hardly ever register. On many accounts i was originally in cp before someome else capped and left after the capture was complete and never got credit, and yes i was inside the entire time. is this a known issue by the rats?

This has happened to me several times.If standing against the radio, and being there before and during its capture, without ever leaving, does nothing, what exactly qualifies as an assist? Hmmm. Good to see it is not just me. Maybe you have to give a back rub to the radio capper while he's doing it?
