don't want to cause a scare, but i decided to load up the 1.30 on my ACER Aspire one laptop, which let me tell you is not made for games i just wanted to play offline mode check out the new planes but anyways

download 1.30 full install alls fine, as soon as i install the game i quickly ran it after it installed loads of lag random lag spikes, so i decide to exit the game and check the forums to my dismay whole computer lags now when it didn't before and the game isn't running

so i restart the laptop and i still have all this lag?? start doing a virus scan and get hundreds of detections of suspious files when the virus scan from 4 hours ago revealed nothing, only 2 things have been done, i downloaded the 1.30 full install from battlegroundeurope.com and clicked the earn money for testing and that zombo crap came up.

btw my laptop runs AVG anti-virus & mcafee both fully updated and ran once a day,

huh AVG just locked my pagefile.sys file saying is suspious is it possible either 1.30 full install is infected with a virus or zombo .com?

I've worked IT for over 12 years and you probably shouldn't be running two versions of anti virus at the same time. They'll fight each other for control of the PC. Pick one or the other.

Also "clicked the earn money for testing and that zombo crap came up" that doesn't sound legit. I dont see anything like that on the main page.

when you run 1.30's new playnet program it gives you links to stuff where you enter your login details, thats where i seen it.

The Zombo thing is there..

NEVER run 2 antivirus programs at the same time,Gaff is right, they will fight eachother. Try ESET Security Suite 4,it's very friendly towards regular programs.

McAfee is a system hog and if you ask me,AVG is just crap.

I manualy turn on mcafee then do a update and virus scan, because you're right it is a system hog.

but both mcafee and AVG say my system is corrupted somehow as of today.

There are new issues with anti-virus and v1.30 as a result of several Windows related changes that are now current. Please note the considerations in the new PlayGate for some examples.

We could use more feedback on this as there are a lot more variables out there in your computer configurations than we can test in here to any complete degree.

zombo.com is a joke. it's an Old website, it just sits there and plays the sound file, nothing else. It's unfortunate that it was added as a joke on the same day that some windows updates apparently started messing with people's legit installs of XP.
