Spawnlists still list the spit1b, amount set to 0.

Airborne infantry in I/Jg3 in spawnlist, amount set to 0 for all types.

110c4/b is not in spawnlist.

Beta ToEs (spawnlists) will not replicate the live ones. Some anomalies will be present and that isn't a concern for the open beta testing itself. Noting the Spitfire Ib and Bf110C-4/B is however important because they shouldn't appear when the game goes to the live server and this has to be checked. They might still appear in beta but reporting them is good, that means they will get looked at.

Infantry spawn numbers and so on are not important to the open beta testing.

Nah, it's an anomaly of beta functionality (spawnlist/ToEs) not reflecting live terms and conditions. Sloppy yeah, but under the current time pressure, acceptable.
