b19 - mission leader cannot report or waypoint

As mission leader I could approve stuff but everytime I tried to report or add a waypoint I get "submission invalid".

Cannot replicate on XP system. Seems to be working fine. Contacts, waypoints and barrages can be put on map and deleted.

Working on my PC. My Mac is dead (video card) so I can't test this.

Update:

Appears to be mac only.

Update 130025:

- contact reports produce "invalid submission" chat message

- waypoints are created but do not include the number after

- both work on PC

Possible that this was introduced when Ramp made changes to remove (bug) tags showing on contact reports on the pc (C1, C2, C3...)
