1.30.255 Mouse Sensitivity Change Bug

It seems that changing the mouse sensitivity while ingame (ie. through the 'keymapper' tab on the game map) doesn't apply until after you close the keymapper, re-open it, and close it again.

Prerequisites:

Keymapper is setup so your mouse is NOT maximum (I started at minimum sensitivity)

To reproduce (in offline mode, spawned as infantry):

1) Open keymapper, set mouse sensitivity to MAXIMUM (assuming was previously at MINIMUM)

2) Close keymapper

3) Move mouse (notice mouse speed is not crazy fast)

4) Open keymapper again with 'm' key (don't change anything)

5) Close keymapper with 'm' key

6) NOW your mouse is moving all crazy fast...

Fixed save in v1.30.1.255 but sensitivity still an issue scaling wise.
