ath X2 dual core 4400

That CPU has a issue with time keeping, there's a thread about it, but without the search I can't find it for you.

It's PROBABLY an AMD (dual core) issue - Effects more games than just WWIIOL

http://support.amd.com/us/Search/results.aspx?k=Dual%20Core%20Optimizer

Check the read me (in the zip file, I HOPE) before installing (if no readme, do NOT install, do some research first - on AMD site)

;)

EDIT: Should that fail to work, you should also look at this (though it seems the first utility is the way to go):

Honestly, give the AMD dual core optimizer a try. How is your ingame map with only one core?

Give oidin a shout, he had the same issue and the dual core optimizer fixed it for him.

My AMD dual core does it also. It wasn't an issue before 1.3 patch. Never saw it before.

I installed the optimizer program and it seems to have fixed the problem.

Does it actually turn off the dual core functionality or were you joking?

I have dual core AMD and installed CPU driver and Optimizer since first run. And i have no problems at all time. Even in IL2 many people says that using two cores gives some issues even on Intel, but on my dual core IL2 works only faster and better.

This should be sticky in PC community support forum also as it's not beta-related.

Please move this to community support and sticky it. People are still having problems with this and asking about it.
