game time changing rapidly

My game time began changing...jumping all over from black dark to daylight.

The longer I played the faster the changes until it looked like a disco light show and was completely unplayable.

Never happened before this patch.

Same hear a few possible sympoms.

Happened two times when I looked up ( may have been coincidence but reporting)

If I took down fps/ time ( num locK) it went way or be came less rapid for a short bit,

Sometimes cahning towns ( div?) it went away fro a short bit.

I installed the Dual Core Optimizer and was only able to log on for about 15 minutes due to time constraints but it seemed to have fixed the problem.
