Cant get past licence screen

OK uninstalled 1.29, installed new 1.3 logged into game. Played for while then exited. Since then I cannot get past the licence agreement. Press agree and then nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling three times to no effect. I have even tried turning off my firewall just in case and still nothing. Can't even play offline. Anyone have any ideas?
