Egine dead in vehicles 1.30.1 bug

Engine shows dead in every vehicle I spawned, laffly, stuart, panny. Works fine, but cannot see current gear displayed.

Yep, only the message engine dead can be seen, even though engine is working properly. It is in red where the gear is displayed.

I also have a clock gone wild. The clock cycles through 24hrs in about a half a second and the game changes from day to night and everything in between. The sun and the moon jump all over as it cycles past the different times of day every half second.
