If it is not fixed...I am going to dedicate my time to just HEing spawnable depots so I can get 5 kills per death. I've been avoiding doint this so far because I consider it cheating. But Hell, if an Axis GENERAL thinks it's just hunky dorey to do...I guess it is fine then, eh?

Fix it Rats.

GHC...What a buncha cheaters.

Ok..I've calmed down...I was pissed. This needs to be fixed.

I've been a victim of this several times this campaign so far...and Being the victim of a GHC means...I've calmed down...but the gloves are off.

I consider HEing Axis Depots in order to score multiple kills as fair game for me. I haven't done it yet...but I am taking that restriction off of myself.

It is a bug, when not one but arbitrary number of crits is scored against you. Happenes all the time. What does it have to do with cheating, and why would you get multiple kills on one spawned person by shelling spawns?

Ticketed.

Seems like a CSR error. No kills awarded but listed 5 times? Probably supposed to be 5 different people. Either way, try unwadding a little bit. You'll live happier if not longer.

It's been a long time since I paid attention to this, but I'm 90% confident that the multiples appear in the aar as well.

My only evidence is anecdotal though, I'll see if I can confirm if I have time to beta.

If that's the case then this bug is fixed!

If not...

Nope...just happened to me last map...twice.

It is not just multiple reporting but only 1 kill registering...ALL the kills are counted against you when you look at the units tab and see how you are doing. So, if you are current 5.0 K/D with a rifle and then get hit with this...say it is reported 5 times...you now have a 1.0 K/D ratio with the unit that just 'killed you 5 times' increasing by 5 in the units tab.

Unless you fixed it in past 2 weeks, this bug is still there.

I don't mind being killed (or killing) by this method. I just want to die (or be awarded a kill) ONCE for each death (kill).

It is not an infrequent bug. If I die in a building because it was destroyed...I USUALLY have multiple deaths reported against me - over half the time I would guess. Needless to say, I refuse to go into or stay in buildings that are not destroyed which has cut down on this happening to me. However, it affects my gameplay/takes me out of the immersion of the game.

Anyone able to confirm this fixed?

I can't say for certain - but last night while I was playing I got "killed" (according to the chat message) twice by a rifleman. The first shot severely crippled my infantryman but I was able to survive it - text said I had been "whacked by someone" - then he shot me a second time a few seconds later and it again said I was killed by him - this time I actually died.

I don't know if he was shown two credits for me or not.

Not related. This is about bombs and buildings.

Is this testable? Or just play for awhile and see if it happens again?
