Cannot login after patch.1.30.2

After this patch, i can't login this game anymore,i also tried to uninstall the game and made a clean full install on 1.30.2

I made a print screen hope it might be helpful.

it seems like registry key problem but i have no idea how to fix it.

OS: Windows 7 RC x64 Language : traditional chinese (taiwan)

AMD Phenom X3 8450

ATi 4850

DDR2 800 4G

I tried every methods above that thread but none of them works,i have wwiiol.xml in the folder already,but the problem still popped out,

Delete all BE directories in your my documents (or rename them).

Then re run settings.

Definite settings error, your user account looks broken, may not be but looks it.

The settings are saved in a directory with the name found in your registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Playnet\apps\appid1\instance1\Version

It should read "Battleground Europe".

I created a new user account with english name, and install BE again

everthing works fine now.
