Fix the gun on the Stuart it shouldn't be able to penetrate the frontal armor on a PZ3h

or a Stug

Why not, he can penetrate 71mm at 100m and 54mm at 500m, but sometime i already killed lot of 3h at range of 600-700m frontal...
