1.30.0.3 HUD config reset after training instance

After I did a training in the fighter training instance, Axis side, my HUD settings were reset to default. So before I did the training I had configured my HUD, after training all settings were back to default.

This included:

- alerts turned back on (was turned off)

- game info was turned back on (was turned off)

- ammo counters were back at their default position (were setup in top left corner)

- connection info (numlock - right hand corner info window with FPS, time of day, packet loss, etc) was turned off (I had it on all the time because I suffer from packet loss a lot).
