My CC ran out on 10/09 and I got a email that my sub was deactivated. Now I want to update the billing method to the new credit card but I can't. It says:

"Failed to update billing method." Whatever I do. Anyone know what should I do? Write to bloo?

Yeah, try contacting Bloo. If you submit a support ticket, his helper can fix this if Bloo isn't around (sorry, I forgot the new guy's name).
