Diest/Paal area: higher chance of vegetation Bug

Been a lot of action here last 24 hours and the vegetation bug reports are just manic. I've personally gotten it at least 50% of the time I spawn in and plenty of others get it with similar regularity. It's also not the first time I've had regular no-bushes in the area.

Obviously this area has some sort of issue which gives a greater chance of getting the bug... hope it helps tracking down the issue.
