Private Text Chat Bug

Just found a chat bug in private chatting.

If you type:

/m playername "hello" hello

It will display:

playername: hello

If you type:

/m playername "hello hello

It will display:

playername: hello hello

If you type:

/m playername x "hello" hello

It will display:

playername: x "hello" hello

So if there is any quotation mark at the beginning, or any whitespaces and a quotation mark at the beginning, it will remove all quotation marks. And if there is also a second quotation mark, it will no only remove the quotation marks, but remove everything that is past the second quotation mark.

Only happens in private messages.
