The "no brigades" bug

sometimes when you go the brigade selection screen the brigades don't show up. I only had this about twice ever before, though it's happeend about 4 times in the last week.

if this happens after you just looked at your AAR and saw the mission results pending thing, then it's' due to that, and CTHL likely.

However, sometimes this has happened to me when there wasn't a CTHL, brigades usuallly show up after a bit.

As firefly says, if that has happened then you have cthl'd.
