That's not a shadow problem, that's the new racing stripes to make the buildings look faster.

I don't think this is a time issue since we're not doing directionally cast shadows but I'll wait for more feedback before ticketing.

What exactly do you want tested? I tested it now on 3 buildings each at 4 different times. At every image it is from left to right: 12, 18, 0, 6 o'clock.

Is this enough for a ticket?
