Inactive account manifests as no servers in server list after login

The new playgate client for windows needs to notify people that their accounts are expired.

Right now the behavior is a lack of servers in the server list, nothing else- no error messages.

This rat-holed 4 hours of my time trying to determine what was wrong.

It wasn't until I tried with the Mac that I found out my account was expired.

Very strange. I think there is supposed to be some feedback there about your account when your password fails.

if your account is expired I', not sure how you would get to a server list in the first place. Your password should fail. Hmm.

Sending to BLOO to take a look. He's more in touch with this type of stuff than I am.

Text "Your Subscription is not currently active" appears in red above username and password entry fields.

If you do not see that, please post a screenshot of what you do see after entering your password.
