weird fps drop 1.30

so here i was scouting around in my stug and with good FPS and then at this point and another one in another direction ther was this wierd fps drop.

just turned a little and dropped so much and it went up again just as fast just a little bit more to the right.

and there was not really a heavy area a looked at.. lol

and when i used the binoc i reached 100fps even tho i only had 15 without it..
