Rank Requirements across French/British on respawn

I'm rank 6 RAF and rank 1 FAF, so I have access to all the British aircraft, and should have access to all the French aircraft too.

when I fly FAF, I get access to all the French rides, until I die - when I try to spawn back in the same aircraft, I get a message that says

"The unit type you had reserved is no longer available"

The unit will still show green (available) in the spawn list but will not let me click on it.

If I drop out of the brigade, then back in, the restriction is lifted and I can spawn a high rank aircraft again.

There are a bunch of host related issues in this area.

I have same issue has anyone figured out a fix for this? or will it be in 1.31?

Same issue here!

I'm rank 4 in British and rank 3 in French, when I change from British to French I'm rank 4 in French too, but if I die when playing and respawn it change to rank 3 and I no more able to use rank 4 units......

I'm a bit confused......
