When i'm in game i can't be heard on teamspeak 3 unless i minimize the game and then speak ( can't be heard on ts although light comes on)

windows 7 current game version

When I went to W7 I got an issue with TS. I could use it out of game, or by Alt+Tabbing to it, but not with the game open. I think I could hear but not transmit IIRC. I think the fix I used was to set TS in compatibility mode for XP SP3... certainly that is what it is running as now. Give it a try.
