Is it just my mouse or is in this version of 1.31(offline version was still normal) the mouse accelerator reversed?

As in: if you move your mouse at a normal regular speed you will turn very fast, and if you move the same distance back with the mouse, but with greater speed... your view will not be back at where it started.
