I still have green roofs and no trees with my Macbook Pro 1st gen (in Win), which has a X1600M. It's also on legacy support so I can't update the drivers, and the game (correctly) puts up a warning saying the video card is too old.

Given the performance, it's not like I'm going to be playing on that machine, but I was hoping it would still be good enough for towing. I'll try reinstalling the drivers and see if that helps.

You can't use the mobility modder to modify the newer drivers yourself?

I'm calling this fixed if no other issues reported...

Not quite I'm afraid...

Playing offline, each time I load the game I get a different graphics glitch:

http://matt.dfstudios.com/ww2ol/distortion2.png <-red tinted buildings

http://matt.dfstudios.com/ww2ol/distortion3.png <- psychadelic trees

I also had a variant of this where the trees in the nearest LOD mode would turn bright red, similar to the buildings in the first pic. All this is using the .38 beta, the first pic is with default gfx settings and the second is in "maximum quality" mode.

Specs:

Win7 64bit

CPU: i7 M620 2.67ghz

Card: ATI Firepro M7740, driver version 8.681.0.0 11/24/09

Edit: just saw that there is a new driver version out in March, I'll install it see if the problem goes away.

Might have something to do with that it's a Firepro.

Designed differently since it's not a gaming card, it's ment for proffesional apps like CAD and such.
