[MAC] 1.31.0.24 patch fail.. #3794

Never seen Rosetta required before and may be something you are only doing for beta but here is a screenshot when using playgate to download the update and install it.

The patch did work after installing Rosetta though.. So may not be a bug per say

Just a guess, but there may be a fragment of old PowerPC code in playgate, which may have never been updated.

Just go ahead and install Rosetta for now. This seems to happen randomly, I don't know why, I never used to get it. It's only on SNow Leopard where Apple decided not to install it.

I may have to dig in the APple installer to understand whats in there. Ugh.

I have been a Mac user since version 6, and a Windows user since 3.1 (including a lot of DOS based software that was still in the mix at the time.)

Windows 7 is dang good, (finally). It even has some features I hope Apple steals.
